* Training requirements will be determined at the beginning of the project, in particular the most appropriate combinations of on-line learning, formal training courses and Train the Trainer.
* Key users will play a prime role in data migration, developing acceptance scenarios and producing scripts for tests as well as carrying out the tests.

WHY US- In the system set up we believe there should be a minimum of 3 system environments: training, testing and production (live). Careful planning is required on how the cut over to live running will be made. Will there first be a smaller scale pilot implementation? Will a period of parallel running be possible ?
