It goes without saying that the trainings are arranged to bring in a marked difference in attitudes, knowledge, skills & practices. If there is no improvement or no measurable impact in application, the investment in training goes waste.

All improvements are measurable provided we set the scale for the same and define it in advance. Pre & post training assessment tests play exactly the same role here. However, to be able administer them effectively, one must be aware of,

Generally these tests are the same questions where different responses from the participants before & after the training are recorded. However, these responses need to be assessed & interpreted very carefully as they serve as success indicators of the training.
